• Intent to visit Tokunoshima, areas of interest, expected price, number of companions, reason for interest (including optional fields)

2. Purpose of Use

• Sending updates and notices about the RATA Pass
• Statistical analysis for demand validation and service planning (aggregated, non-identifying)
• Responding to inquiries from registrants

4. Service Providers (Including Providers Located Outside Japan)

We entrust the handling of personal information to the following external services to operate the Site, send emails, and store data. • Database (storage of registration data): Turso (USA; data is stored on servers located in Japan, AWS Tokyo region)
• Email delivery: Resend, Inc. (USA)
• Payment processing (if and when paid passes are sold): Stripe, Inc. (USA). Credit card details are handled directly by the payment provider and are never sent to or stored on our servers.

4-2. Analytics and Tracking Tools (Data Transmitted to Third Parties)

To understand site usage and measure advertising effectiveness, this Site uses tools provided by the following third parties, and information about visitors is transmitted to them.
